SHIPPING AND TAX POLICY
U.S. CUSTOMERS
For any U.S. destinations, the S&H rate is based on total weight via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery takes approx. 2 to 4 days.
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS
For any Canada destinations, the S&H rate is based on total weight via USPS Air Mail. Delivery takes approx. 7 to 14 days.
CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF U.S. AND CANADA
For any destinations outside of U.S. and Canada, the S&H rate is based on total weight via USPS Air Mail. Delivery takes approx. 7 to 10 days for European & Asian
destinations and up to 3 weeks for other destinations.
SALES TAX
Resident of California, we collect sales tax at standard statewide rate of 7.25%. You are responsible to report additional special district tax in your area.
OTHER TAXES
Please be aware that in certain countries, import duties or taxes may apply.
Customs charges vary from country to country. We are not responsible for
taxes that are levied on shipments to your country. Please contact your
local customs office for further information. We will be more than happy to
assist you in obtaining documentations required by your local customs.
RETURN POLICY
In accordance with the universal online retail policy, all sales are
considered FINAL. However, we understand that online customers are
purchasing under somewhat blind conditions. Thereby, we allow exchange or
return if ALL of the following conditions are met.
1. All exchanges or returns must be approved before item(s) are shipped
back. Please contact us within 48 hours upon receiving of merchandise at
customercare@auntsupin.com. We
will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) for you before sending order
back. If you do not have a RAN number and you ship your order back it will
be refused.
2. You must send the item back to us with postmark date of 48 hours after
the RAN number was issued by us. Please clearly note the RAN number on the
returned package; otherwise the package will be refused.
3. All returns are subject to 20% restocking fee of value of order OR US
$15, whichever is greater. Shipping, handling and insurance are
non-refundable.
4. All items must be in its original unused condition. Merchandise that has
been damaged or altered may not be accepted for return or exchange. No
exchange or return is allowed for special orders.
5. Buyer pays for any returning shipping fee.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Order cancellation may occur within 2 hours after order was made.
2. After this grace period of 2 hours, all order cancellation is considered
as a return. Please refer to the return policy above for full details.
COMMUNICATION WITH E-MAIL
We at Aunt Su-Pin know how important good communication. However, it has
become difficult at time with some users especially those who use AOL, Yahoo
and others due to anti spam programs, email viruses and general Internet
problems. We have no way of knowing when email fails. If you are expecting
email from us that does not come, it is for one of these reasons and you are
to contact us at 616-897-6847. Email failure is not a valid reason to breach
the terms of sale. |
